Bellfold is operated by Nexgen Ventures (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Bellfold connects you with churches you choose to follow and lets you give securely. We do not sell your personal data.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide: name, email, phone (optional), and language preference.
- Activity within the app: churches you follow, events you RSVP to, and prayer or volunteer interactions you submit.
- Giving records needed to process and receipt your donations. Card details are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and never touch our servers.
- Device information for push notifications (a Firebase messaging token) and approximate location (only when you allow it) to show nearby churches.
How we use information
- To operate core features: discovery, following, events, giving, and notifications.
- To send receipts and, for Plus members, year-end giving statements.
- To deliver notifications you have opted into. You can change these at any time in Settings.
How giving works
100% of every gift goes to the church you choose, minus only the payment processor’s fee. We never take a percentage of donations.
Sharing
We share information only with the church you interact with, our payment processor for giving, and infrastructure providers that run the service. We do not sell your data.
Your choices
- Edit your profile or notification preferences at any time in Settings.
- Request deletion of your account from Settings → Account & security → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and associated personal data.
